Terms & Conditions

The following products are final sale items and not eligible for exchange or return:

Adjustable Bed Bases, Pillows, Sheets, Mattress or Pillow Protectors, Comforters, Special or Custom Sized Products, Outlet, Clearance, or Floor Samples.

All products eligible for exchange or return must remain in Like New condition free of any; soil, stains, discoloration, rips, tears, burns, and unsanitary conditions.

Any promotional item or gift with purchase is done so as a condition of retaining the purchase. If the Purchase is returned, it will result in a retail value assigned to the promotional items and deducted from the available return or exchange funds.

Merchandise approved for exchange or return must utilize the delivery service or be returned to the local distribution center.


  • To take advantage of the 120 Night Comfort Promise a customer must either purchase and use a mattress protector with their new bedding.


  • Keep the original, manufacturers’ sealed plastic on the mattress and box spring throughout the trial period.
  • The customer must sleep on the new mattress set a minimum of 30 nights.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase at the conclusion of 30 nights, we will exchange the set once within the 120-night period for a new set of equal or greater value.
  • All Comfort Promise exchanges are subject to a transportation fee of $100, this fee must be paid in full prior to the exchange date.
  • Warranty replacements are eligible for our 120-Night Comfort Promise.
  • If you take advantage of the Comfort Promise and exchange your original purchase, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund.
  • All qualifying products must remain in original like new condition to be exchanged.


  • If you find the same or comparable mattress set advertised by a local competitor for less than your invoiced price within 120 days of purchase, simply bring in the advertisement and we will credit your account or mail a refund check for 120% of the price difference.
  • If we advertise the Same Model for less than your invoiced price within 120 days of purchase you will be refunded 100% of Price Difference
  • Value Promise does not apply to clearance, floor models, special purchases, promotional items, door busters or discontinued merchandise. Merchandise for sale on line or auction sites (i.e. Overstock, EBay, Craig’s List, etc.) are excluded.
  • Price comparison must include all value added services including; free or gift items, free delivery and financing options.


  • All eligible merchandise must be returned for refund within 45 days from date of purchase.
  • To receive a refund, eligible merchandise must be in like new condition.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be given for merchandise in less than new condition.
  • Only qualifying items will be approved for refund please see the list of excluded merchandise contained in Terms and Condition of Sale above.
  • All sales on AS IS, Discontinued, Warranty Bedding or Special Order merchandise are final.
  • Any promotional merchandise received, as a “free gift” is done so under terms of retaining the purchase. Returning the purchase will result in a retail price being associated with promotional items, as they are non-returnable.
  • All refunds are subject to a transportation fee of $150, this fee must be paid in full prior to merchandise pick up.
  • An extended service policy can only be refunded if canceled within 25 days of delivery.


  • The customer is responsible for supplying accurate measurements on special size mattress set orders.
  • All Special Orders require an initial 50% deposit and all deposits are non-refundable. Special Orders take 2-12 weeks and we cannot assume responsibility for manufacturing or shipping delays.
  • An initial 10% deposit is required on all layaways and is non-refundable. No refunds will be given on cancelled layaways.
  • The layaway term is six months from original date of purchase, provided the customer makes scheduled monthly payments. Layaways will be canceled after 60 days if there is no activity on the account. The customer will receive store credit which will be good for one year from the date of last payment.
  • We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if the item on Layaway has been discontinued.
