How the Price Match Promise works

When you purchase a mattress, adjustable base, pillow, or bed frame from Sleep Comfort Depot, you have 120 days from the date of purchase to request a price match if you find the identical item for less elsewhere.

To qualify, the lower price must be for the exact same product — same brand, model, size, and color or cover fabric — currently and publicly advertised for sale by another retailer, including online retailers that ship to US addresses.

Eligibility requirements

• The item must be identical in brand, model, size, and configuration.
• The lower price must be currently valid and publicly advertised, not a private or membership-only discount.
• The claim must be submitted within 120 days of your original purchase date.
• The competing retailer must be an authorized seller of the product.
• The item must still be in production and available for sale by the competitor.

How to submit a price match claim

Submitting a claim is simple. Gather proof of the lower price, such as a link to the competitor's product page or a dated screenshot showing the price, product name, and model number.

• Visit the Contact Us page and select price match as your enquiry type.
• Include your order number or receipt details.
• Attach a link or screenshot of the competing price.
• A member of our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.

What is excluded from the Price Match Promise

Some situations fall outside this promise so that it remains fair and sustainable for all customers.

• Clearance, closeout, floor model, or discontinued items.
• Limited-time flash sales, doorbuster events, or one-day promotions.
• Bundle deals, financing offers, or free gift-with-purchase promotions that are not purely price-based.
• Prices from auction sites, marketplaces with third-party sellers, or unauthorized dealers.
• Typographical or pricing errors on a competitor's website.

Price match versus our Comfort Guarantee

The Price Match Promise addresses the price you pay, while our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee addresses whether the mattress feels right once you are sleeping on it. Many customers use both: they purchase with price confidence and then test comfort over the following months.
